Meet Kelly: The coast called her back! As our head roaster and co-founder, Kelly is passionate about crafting exceptional coffee. When she’s not roasting, she dives into research, learning new tips and techniques from the coffee community to help us grow. You’ll often catch her chatting with customers—her love for connection shines through. With a keen business mind, Kelly also keeps our operations running smoothly.

Say Hello to Ash: Our resident Weegie from Glasgow, Ash brings a burst of creativity to everything we do. From branding and marketing to social media, Ash is always designing and tweaking to elevate our brand. Like Kelly, Ash is deeply passionate about coffee, often exploring new recipes or conducting research to enhance our offerings.

Our Journey: Together, we took a leap of faith—leaving the comforts of career safety, friends, and family in Glasgow to pursue our dream of running a coffee roastery. We packed our bags and headed to the coast, driven by our shared passion for coffee and a desire to create something meaningful.

While we may not know everything (there’s always more to learn!), we are committed to growing with our community. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we’re always eager to improve.
